Whats New? - April 2026

It's time for a new update, so let's take a look at a couple of great new features we've added to Report Toaster!

Charts in PDFs

With this latest update, we've also added the ability to include charts directly in a PDF export. 

Now when you download any report to PDF, any charts you have included in the report will also show up directly in the resulting file: 

The columns that are included in the chart depend on which ones you have toggled via the checkmarks in the headers (see here)

You can also change the type of chart (e.g. bar, line, pie) under the Chart Options section (see here).

Dates in PDFs

Finally, for reports that use a variable date range (e.g. 2 days ago, 5 - 10 days from now, Last 30 days, etc) we've included the actual dates directly in the header. 

This is especially helpful if you're downloading the report to return to later, as you'll know exactly which dates were included in the date range for a particular export.
