Premium Report - Fulfillments by Location

Premium Report - Fulfillments by Location

Fulfillments by Location

This report shows you a list of all your recently fulfulled orders broken down by Fulfillment Location.

This is often useful for merchants who fulfill out of multiple warehouses and need to determine their relative performance.

Using this report, you can see the number of orders and items that are fulfilled from each location.
You can then create a more detailed view of this report by adding columns like Order Name, Customer Name, or even Product Title/SKU to see exactly where each order and item has been fulfilled.

Info
As a Premium Report, this is available on all Paid Plans of Report Toaster. If you aren't signed up, follow these steps here to upgrade your account.

Here is what you need to be familiar with to understand the Fulfillments by Location report:

1.) Fulfillment / Status, equal to, success: This filter ensures that only successful Fulfillments are counted in the report.

2.) Fulfillment / Location id: The unique identifier number for that fulfillment location.
This will remain constant, even if the name of the location is later changed.
Idea
For example, we can see that the Oberlo location corresponds to Location id 65746010309.

3.) Fulfillment / Location / Name: The name of the fulfillment location.
Idea
For example, here we can see 3 locations that correspond to the names of the warehouses for our test store.

4.) Orders: How many orders were fulfilled at that fulfillment location.
Note - split fulfillments (i.e. an order was fulfilled at 2+ locations) will count as '1' towards each row.
Idea
For example, we can see that 233 orders were fulfilled at the Oberlo location.

5.) Quantity: How many items were fulfilled at that fulfillment location.
Idea
For example, we can see that 589 individual items were fulfilled at the Oberlo location.

6.) Net Sales: The net sales for those items. This is equal to Gross Sales (Price x Quantity), minus any discounts and returns.
Idea
For example, we can see that the Net Sales for those items fulfilled at the Oberlo location is $8,820.91.

Like all Report Toaster reports, this report is fully customizable - so you can adjust the date range, add/remove columns, introduce a filter or change the sort to suit your individual needs. See our basic guides here for more info.
