Orders Fulfilled By

A modification of our standard Orders report, this report lets you see who fulfilled an order from the Fulfillment Events.

As a Premium Report, this is available on all Paid Plans of Report Toaster. If you aren't signed up, follow these steps to upgrade your account.

Note - This report requires custom code + resyncing your historical orders to work and therefore is made available upon request.

Here are a few terms to be familiar with in order to understand the Orders Fulfilled By report, numbered in the screenshots above:

1.) Fulfilled By:  Who fulfilled this order (typically this will be a member of staff or just Shopify as applicable)
Idea
For example, in that first row John Smith fulfilled 94 orders this year.  

2.) Days to Fulfill (avg):  How long (on average) did it take this staff member to fulfill those orders.
Idea
For example, it took an average of 0.19 days for John Smith to fulfill each order.

Once added, these column can be included on regular Order reports. For example, here you can see Fulfilled By added to the standard Orders view, in case you want to see who fulfilled each order: 



Like all Report Toaster reports, these reports are fully customizable - so you can adjust the date range, add/remove columns, introduce a filter or change the sort to suit your individual needs. See our basic guides here for more info.
