Whats New? - May 2026
This month, we're going over a couple of important new additions to Report Toaster - Google Sheets and the Report Toaster API.
Google Sheets
One of our most requested features of all time is finally here!
With this latest update, we've added the ability to link your Google Account so you can schedule reports to send directly to Google Sheets.

You must be on a paid plan of Report Toaster to have access to this feature. You can sign up at any time by following the directions here.
All you have to do is add your Google Account and then set it up as a Recipient for any Scheduled Reports. This works for both creating a fresh copy every time the schedule runs or overwriting the file each time.
You can also choose to have the file sent include totals, headers, and timestamps.

Report Toaster API
Finally, many developers have requested that we make our API available to gain programmatic access to Report Toaster data.
This is something we've finally been able to implement, so check out the section below under Settings to see the choices that you have available:
